These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between Vyrall ("Vyrall", "we", "us", "our") and you ("User", "you", "your") and govern your use of the vyrall.shop website and any products or services offered through it (the "Services").

Links and affiliate disclosure. Our site may link to external websites we don't control, and some links may be affiliate links from which we earn a commission. We don't endorse and aren't responsible for third-party sites or their content.

Disclaimer of warranty. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyrall and its affiliates won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to the Services is limited to the greater of one US dollar or the amount you paid us in the month before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Vyrall harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your misconduct.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in full effect.
Dispute resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign ours freely.
Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
Acceptance. By using the site or Services you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Terms of use
- Vyrall is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.
- It's your responsibility to comply with each platform's rules; you use Vyrall at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account.
- We only require your handle/username — never your password.
- Your account must remain public during delivery, or we can't complete the order.
