Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28th of May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Vyrall ("Vyrall", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide on vyrall.shop and through our Services. Vyrall is the controller of your personal data.
Automatic collection. When you visit, our servers automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used to understand site usage and detect abuse, and isn't used to personally identify you.
Personal information we collect. You can browse without identifying yourself. To use certain features you may provide your name, email, and the social media handle relevant to your order. We do not store your payment card details — payments are handled by third-party processors.
How we use information. To create and manage orders, deliver Services, respond to support requests, send administrative and (where permitted) marketing messages, improve the site, display approved testimonials, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate the Services.
Billing and payments. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely, including card and cryptocurrency payments. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. Vyrall does not store full payment details.
Disclosure. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Services, and only as needed for them to perform their function, or where required by law.
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted.
International transfers. Depending on your location, your information may be processed in a country other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it's handled.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us.
GDPR (EEA users). If you're in the EEA, you have the data-protection rights described above and may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California users. California residents may request, once per year, information about personal information shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Children's privacy. Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
Cookies. We use cookies to operate the site and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Do Not Track. Our site doesn't currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, but we limit our collection and use of personal data as described here.
Email marketing. You can subscribe to updates voluntarily and unsubscribe any time via the link in our emails. You'll still receive essential transactional emails (like order confirmations).
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Data breach. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we'll take appropriate steps including, where required, notifying you and the relevant authorities.
Changes. We may update this Policy and will revise the "last updated" date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
