Free refills

If you notice a drop in followers, likes, views, or any other metric within 30 days of your order, we've got you. Just contact us with your order number and handle, and we'll refill it at no cost.

When you can request a refund

• Non-delivery — if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within 30 days of ordering and we'll either deliver it or refund you in full.
• Not as described — if a service clearly doesn't match what was promised, let us know within 30 days with evidence and we'll make it right.

When refunds don't apply

Refunds aren't available for orders that have already been fully delivered and confirmed.

How to request a refund

1. Contact us via the form or hello@vyrall.io with your order number, handle or link, and a short description.
2. We review your request and reply within 1–3 business days.
3. If approved, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing can depend on your bank or card issuer).
